Program

Our Teens Program is specially designed to meet the unique needs of Tweens and Teens. We offer more challenging circuit training exercises and more rigorous workouts that they are ready to handle while still being mindful of the social aspects of teenaged students. Our Teens’ schedule is mindful of the balance that needs to be maintained between school obligations and a regular workout program. We offer fun fitness and self-defense techniques in an encouraging setting that demands self-control and continually fosters self-esteem. Perfect for teens of all ages and abilities!

Overview

Between social media, peer pressure, and the demands of school, kids today have a lot of distractions. Taekwondo is the perfect activity for your student, providing benefits that go far beyond the dojo. Martial arts help kids gain confidence, learn discipline, focus their energy, foster respect for others, and be a part of a one-of-a-kind community full of future friends and mentors!

There are some lessons that can’t be taught in the classroom. Things like respect, self-esteem, drive, and even failure probably weren’t covered on your child’s latest math test. Here at [insert school name], we feel that the martial arts are a crucial course in a child’s education. Our children’s Taekwondo classes get students active at a young age and foster a love for martial arts right off the bat. We teach punching and kicking drills, help them develop their form, and build their core strength using a variety of exercises. More importantly, we instill lessons of discipline, confidence, self-control, and perseverance.
